Dr. James Min is Professor of Radiology and Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College, and the Director of the Dalio Institute of Cardiovascular Imaging at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He also serves as the Director of Imaging at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation. Dr. Min and his team perform multicenter clinical trials to address important questions in the field of coronary atherosclerosis and cardiovascular imaging. Utilizing the imaging libraries curated from these studies, Dr. Min’s team develops computational methods for enhanced diagnosis and prognosis of individuals with suspected or known cardiovascular disease. These computational techniques represent an array of solutions ranging from machine learning to imaging physics to automated software development. Dr. Min’s team also utilize radiologic images to develop patient-specific medical devices for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
